In order to be eligible for an exchange, you have to return the product within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you had received it and undamaged in any way with its original packaging. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your exchange. We will be providing you store credits of the same amount or a refund to the same account.
